Karla

I’ve been a nurse for sixteen years, driven by a passion for caring for others, especially the older population, and making a difference each day. I grew up in Andover and have called Saint Francis home for the past eighteen years.

Sports have always been a big part of my life. I played volleyball and softball in high school and continued playing volleyball in community college. Today, staying active is still important to me—especially with my two very active kids who inspire me to keep moving.

I love my family, the outdoors, sports, fishing, traveling, anything involving being active. I’ve completed many Beachbody workout programs over the years, and for the last three years I’ve been training at Compound Fitness, which has become a big part of my health and wellness routine.

Whether at work, with my family, or in the gym, I try to bring energy, commitment, and positivity into everything I do.

Victoria

Hi, I’m Victoria. I fell in love with yoga and it’s benefits during Covid, and in 2022 I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Radiant Life Yoga so I could share the practice with others. Since then, I’ve made it an intention to create welcoming, supportive classes that help you relax, let go, and feel at ease in your body I’m excited to practice with you and hope to see you on the mat soon!

Megan

Hello!

My name is Megan. I’m a nurse at a local hospital and I also customize health and wellness plans through my health and wellness company. I’m married and a mom of 2 boys, and I discovered my love for fitness during a 10-week weight loss challenge that completely changed my life. Learning how to fuel my body and move with purpose sparked a passion I now get to share with others. My heart is in helping people feel their best from the inside out. I love strength training, long walks with my dog, golfing with my family, and cheering others on in their wellness journey.

Tammy

A few years ago, I made a promise to myself to reclaim my health—body and mind.  That commitment led me back to my yoga practice… in the most unexpected place: a parking lot during the pandemic.

What started as a simple attempt to feel healthy again quickly became a life-altering journey. I rediscovered not only the physical strength yoga offers, but its deep emotional, mental, and historical roots. The more I learned, the more I felt called to keep going—expanding my practice, my studies, and my connection to this transformative tradition.

Yoga welcomes every person and every body, and my hope is that you leave class feeling refreshed, a bit empowered, and above all, accepted and confident in who you are.

Bethany

Hi! I’m Bethany.

I’m a certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist and mom of 5. I am a trainer and coach who knows what it feels like to wrestle with food, fitness, mindset and busy daily life.

For years, I chased quick fixes and carried guilt every time I “messed up.” But I’ve learned that true health and strength isn’t about perfection, it’s about grace, purpose and showing up with what you have, right where you are.

I’ve learned how to pack a punch with my workouts and get RESULTS.

You are worthy of putting in the work, and i’d love to walk alongside you in it.

Danye

I’m passionate about helping people of all ages unlock their confidence and learn to believe in themselves. I’ve always loved sports and competition—it’s how I’m wired. If you’re not competing, you’re not trying! That holds true for every aspect of your life.

I grew up in St. Francis and went on to play basketball and track at THEE University of North Dakota. Now, I’ve made St. Francis my home again, this time with my family, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else—there’s no better community than this.

I’ve been building Compound Fitness slowly over the past few years, driven by my vision to create a fun, energetic place where the community can come together, push themselves, and grow.
