CLASSES

Strength & Mobility w/ Danye

Build strength, improve balance, and move better every day. This total-body training class alternates between upper body, lower body, and full-body workouts to target all major muscle groups. Every session includes dedicated mobility work to enhance flexibility, joint health, and overall performance. Expect a mix of strength exercises, functional movement, and dynamic stretches designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more mobile in your daily life.

Total Body Burn w/ Karla

Get ready to challenge your entire body in this full-body conditioning class! This workout combines strength training, cardio, and core work to improve endurance, build muscle, and boost overall fitness. Using a mix of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll leave feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished. All fitness levels welcome!

Strength & Cardio Fusion w/ Bethany

This class combines the proven effectiveness of progressive overload with intense full body compound exercises. We will focus on building muscle while keeping your mind fully engaged. With a blend of strength training and compound exercises, you’ll experience a comprehensive workout that pushes you to new heights. As always, the focus remains on becoming the strongest version of yourself. 

Strength w/ Megan

Build strength, muscle, and definition in this traditional bodybuilding-inspired class. Each session focuses on classic resistance training techniques using free weights and bodyweight exercises to target specific muscle groups. Expect structured sets and reps, progressive overload, and intentional rest periods to maximize muscle growth and strength. Perfect for those looking to develop a stronger, more sculpted physique while mastering proper lifting form and technique.

Vinyasa (Moderate Flow) w/ Victoria

A flowing practice that builds strength, flexibility, and focus, helping to energize and center the mind and body

Restorative w/ Tammy

Unwind and restore in this gentle, nurturing restorative class designed to clam the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. Using props like blankets and blocks you’ll settle into long-held, fully supported poses that allow the body to release tension and mind to quiet. Perfect for all levels and abilities.

Moderate Flow w/ Tammy

Builds balance, flexibility and strength through mindful breath-led movement. Focused on body awareness, controlled transitions, and grounded pressure. Perfect for all levels and abilities.

Active Flow w/ Aleesha

This is an active vinyasa flow class that links breath to movement in a continuous sequence. Students move through standing poses, balancing shapes, and dynamic flows to build heat, strength, and focus. Light bodyweight exercises are integrated to enhance stability and endurance without breaking the flow. The pace is energizing but mindful, encouraging safe exploration and leaving participants feeling strong and revitalized.

Body & Soul Cardio Dance w/ Monaca

Looking for a workout that feels more like a party than a chore?

This is a go-at-your-own-pace, judgement-free dance fitness class where there are no wrong moves, plenty of belly laughs, and nothing but fun. Whether you're dancing full-out or just moving how your body feels that day, you belong here. We sweat, smile, and shake it to an energizing mix of old-school rock, modern pop, Christian hits and hip hop jams- truly something for everyone.

Pilates

Pilates Strength w/ Aleesha

This class blends dynamic HIIT intervals with focused Pilates strength work for a full‑body, athletic conditioning. You’ll move through lower‑body, upper‑body, short cardio drills, a core series and a restorative cool down. The structure keeps intensity high while emphasizing control, alignment, and mindful movement throughout.

“Be An Athlete” w/ Danye, Adam & Sam

This class helps kids build the foundation to “be an athlete” — strong, confident, and ready for anything! Designed for grades 3–8, this fun and energetic session focuses on developing overall athleticism through games, drills, and movement challenges. Participants will improve coordination, balance, speed, agility, strength, and body control while learning how to move safely and efficiently. Every class is active, positive, and teamwork-oriented — giving kids the skills and confidence to excel in any sport 

MOMMY & ME

Mommy & Me w/ Bethany

A fun, interactive movement class designed to build coordination, balance, confidence, and cooperation through play, obstacle courses, and guided movement. Lead by Bethany Glines, certified personal trainer, and licensed therapist with 15 years of experience supporting child development and families.
